A Ride to Remember

Uber designed a new product in the Rider App which would allow family members to order an Uber for another family member. As part of the product announcement, we wanted to tell the full story around why this is an important feature for families. The goal of the project was to open transportation options for Seniors who may not otherwise have the ability or comfort to adapt to new technologies. We designed an experience to launch the product feature, this included a stunt, a national campaign, and a local program to support Seniors who wanted to make the change from owning a car to using a ridesharing service.
